Virtual sessions across Arizona + in-person in the West Valley

Life gets heavy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or watching your child struggle emotionally, it can feel overwhelming and lonely—not knowing what’s normal, what’s not, or who to turn to for help.

You’ve probably tried coping, staying busy, or hoping things would just improve with time. But the longer it goes on, the more disconnected, dysregulated, or exhausted you (or your child) might feel. Traditional talk therapy can feel like “just talking,” and finding someone who actually gets it—especially for kids—is tough.

At Soul and Body Wellness Today, healing is whole-person, age-appropriate, and trauma-informed. Whether through EMDR, sand tray therapy, art, or gentle conversation, we get to the root of the pain, not just the surface symptoms. You’ll leave each session with more clarity, emotional capacity, and self-understanding—and most importantly, feeling truly seen.

Owner & EMDR-Certified Therapist

Hi, I’m Meghan—therapist, mom, and founder of Soul and Body Wellness Today. I’ve spent over 15 years helping people heal, but more importantly, I’ve walked the healing path myself. With a background in recovery, ministry, chronic illness, and holistic wellness, I bring both professional training and real-life experience to every session.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults, using creative tools like EMDR, art, and play to meet each client where they are. My goal is simple: to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and capable of real change.
